For this SkillsUSA pin design, the theme was Maryland. One of the biggest challenges was working with a limited color palette, so I used Maryland's red, yellow, black, and white to make the design stand out. I included the Maryland flag, a red crab, a few black-eyed susans, the bay, and a lighthouse to represent the state.
